A meal suitable not only for breakfast, filling enough as a lunch and not heavy for dinner. You don't need a lot of time to prepare and with a good recipe everyone can do it. Yes, an omelette can be a really tasty and good treat for everyone. Maybe some of you have seen the movie "Love Curry" by director Lasse Hallström. Manish Dayal in the lead role, as chef Hassan prepared a famous omelette for his future boss and got a job in a Michelin star restaurant. He enhanced it with something special from his home kitchen, so get inspired and prepare it the same way you would.
Omelette preparation (2 servings):
Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients: 4 eggs, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoons cream, a handful of fresh coriander, Indian spices and a pinch of chilli
Crack the eggs into a pre-prepared bowl, add the cream, salt, pepper and whisk. Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour half of the egg mixture into it and leave to set gently. Sprinkle with half the coriander, Indian pepper and a pinch of chilli. Finally, fold the omelette in half and finish baking. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with fresh bread, you can also add vegetables or salad.
