Scanpan Classic induction two-piece pan set with a diameter of 20 cm and 26 cm. Each Scanpan Classic induction pan has a unique Stratanium coating that allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution on the pan means that no hot spots are created during cooking, ensuring healthy and even cooking. Each pan requires only moderate heat to prepare and fry food, as the design maintains heat evenly to save energy. The pans are suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction, and can be used for browning and searing in the oven up to 260°C. The pan handle is secured in place by a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose. Scanpan Classic pans in 20 cm and 26 cm are dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.

Do not heat the surface of the pan above 250⁰C! Doing so may damage the construction of the pan itself.
