The wok pan has an internal non-stick volcanic surface, which excels in durability and scratch resistance and has very low adhesion. Our recommendations for trouble-free use of the product :

1. Do not drag the pan across the glass surface of your hob, but just gently lift and then reposition. This step will prevent possible damage to your cooktop.
2. Never put the pan down while it is wet. Dry it thoroughly or wipe it with a kitchen towel before storing it.

Do not heat the surface of the pan above 250⁰C! Doing so may damage the construction of the pan itself.
